Founded in 2004 in Leeds, the Chaophraya team aimed to bring the essence of Thailand to Britain. With skilled staff working in the restaurants, bars and kitchens, the dream was to create a chain of restaurants which enlisted only the finest five star chefs with highly experienced front of house staff. Our head chefs have won awards for their creations and work hard to create dishes that are authentically Thai, taking inspiration from every region. With the opening of Europe's largest Thai restaurant in Glasgow this year, we are achieving our vision to make each Chaophraya restaurant bigger and better than the last. As we grow and expand across the country, it is important to us that our customers take the Chaophraya journey with us. Every restaurant we open has its own unique character and style reflecting the building and the city in which it resides. Growth is important to us and one day we hope to have opened in every key city in the UK!
