Chapman-Richards Management, LLC is the management arm of Chapman-Richards & Associates, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage firm. Chapman-Richards & Associates, Inc. has been in business since 1978 offering full residential and commercial brokerage services. Our Principal Broker has been an integral part of the community for over 40 years volunteering in many leadership and support positions that has written, voted and incorporated many laws that govern the property industry. Chapman-Richards Management, LLC is an extension of that experience that offers service to Residential Condominium Associations, Commercial Office Buildings, Retail Shopping Centers and Industrial Buildings. Within Chapman-Richards Management, LLC, we have over 40 years of experience in building and managing properties. With decades of real estate experience writing leases and rental contracts and decades of construction experience, understanding properties from the ground up is key to maintaining a property to its fullest extent. Handyman services are critical in the management business. Tenant relations are key to keeping a property leased. Making sure that all repairs are made quickly keeps tenants and clients happy. Maintenance costs are always difficult to budget for when you never know what is going to happen. In order to control costs for each client while at the same time keeping up on repairs and differed maintenance, we use our own staff of handymen who complete most of the repairs themselves. This allows a higher quality control of work completed in a much quicker time frame than hiring contractors. If our people cannot make the repair, or if the situation requires a licensed contractor, Chapman-Richards Management, LLC has a complete inventory of well qualified licensed contractors to perform the necessary work.
