Chungho Elcom Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of electric and electronic components. The Company provides hybrid crystal oscillators, surface mount devices, pipelined frequency transform (PFT) oscillators, surface mount devices (SMDs), hybrid integrated circuits, power supplies and printed circuit boards and others used as key part of computers, communication equipment and measuring machines under the brand name KONY. It also provides crystal units. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company's actual output was 1,974,000 units. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to the overseas markets such as the United States, France, Philippine and Singapore.On July 11, 2008, the Company established a Korea-based wholly owned subsidiary, which is mainly engaged in alternative energy business as well as sale and development of resources.
