Founded in 1980, Chembulk Ocean Transport, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, owns and operates a fleet of specialized stainless-steel chemical tankers that trade specialty commodities on a global basis. Chembulk maintains an additional primary operating hub in Singapore. The company is headquartered in Southport, Connecticut.
