From the first investment in 1994, Chengho has started the long march in this traditional electronics area. Jianhe factory has been built in 1994, specially for single layer PCB with FR-4, CEM-1, CEM-3, FR-1 and Aluminum Based PCB, which are broadly applied on the products such as television, telephone, power supplier, keyboard, electronic toy, LED lighting and other electronic devices. This factory has three fully automatic production lines, one of which is for only Aluminum PCB. Chenghe factory has been built in 2003, dedicated in the precise double-layers and multi-layers PCB with totally separated production lines. All the clients are widely from internetwork communication, industry controlling, power automation, vehicle and medical electronics. In the very early time, Chengho has been certified with ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, UL, CQC and SGS environment license. Besides, we have promoted the modern management system such as 5s, six-sigma and lean production. We strictly follow the IPC standards and also keep the mass production at the lowest cost. Till now, Chengho has the production capability of 150,000 square meters monthly, with the annual revenue of 67 million USD. | | |
