She expertly guides business owners in improving time management practices and systematizing policies, processes and procedures so the business is no longer taking over their lives. Additionally, she can assist with training sales staff, coordinating strategic marketing endeavors, hiring superstars, and implementing a Dream 100 marketing campaign. Jenny grew up in a family business that was started when she was quite young and grew to a multi-million dollar company. She has also successfully owned or co-owned four businesses - a real estate investment company, a construction and remodeling company, a network marketing company, and a coaching company. In addition to business coaching, Jenny has consistently proven her deep commitment to helping others-from serving in the Peace Corps in the Philippines to working with chronically ill and impoverished elderly individuals to improve their access to health care in the inner city. Jenny earned a Bachelor's degree in International Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently lives in the peaceful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina with her son and husband.
