Chief Appraisal Services, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate appraisal firm that was founded in January 1996 by Rick L. McGee, MAI and Charles E. Buhler, MAI, CCIM. The principals of Chief Appraisal Services, Inc. have been appraising in the Central Florida area since 1986. Both principals are Florida State-Certified General Appraisers and Members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Members of the firm have a broad base of appraisal experience, and are qualified to appraise nearly every type of commercial property, including: lodging facilities; multifamily housing; single and multi-tenant office, retail and industrial properties; subdivisions and planned developments; restaurants; golf and country clubs; mobile home and RV parks; specialized commercial properties; entertainment and recreational facilities; churches and schools; and vacant land. Our facility is a fully equipped commercial appraisal office with all of the data and equipment necessary to perform appraisals quickly and professionally. Our manageable size and principal based organization allow us to better service to our clients.
