Guangdong Macro Co., Ltd. (Macro) is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of power transmission and transformation equipment, fuel gas equipment and household electrical appliances for washroom and kitchen. The Company's major products are dry-type transformers and gas water heaters. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained approximately 68.5% and 27.5% of its total revenue from its transformer and fuel gas equipment businesses, respectively.
