Chip One Stop is the company to supply semiconductors and electronic parts to the engineering community for the design engineering/prototype market, for maintenance and repair operation (MRO), and for volume-production of small production runs. Providing an innovative Internet-driven buyer's agent model service at "www.chip1stop.com", Chip One Stop became a first B2B Internet public company in October 2004 at Tokyo Stock Exchange in electronic components distribution industry. Since 2001, we have developed small lot fulfillment market of semiconductors and electronic components and achieved approx. 39,000 registered users acquisition from approx. 15,700 companies/organizations (as of June 30th, 2007). We started up lots of new businesses in electronics fields, which include publishing "EE Times Japan" and "eetimes.jp" under the license contract with CMP Media through our 60% owned subsidiary E2 Publishing Corporation (since 2005), venture fund "enova", to support entrepreneurs and startups in the area of Japanese electronics market (since 2006), "on-line device distribution service" cooperated with each University Co-op. for students, scholars and professors of the university (Since 2006), consulting business for effective procurement of semiconductors and electronic parts through our 75% owned subsidiary J-Chip Corporation. We have been revolutionary developing new distribution systems for semiconductors and electronic parts in Japanese market that is traditionally divided by seller's sales network mainly for volume production market. Although Japanese electronics market has been changing to design oriented job function rather than mass-production oriented function, traditional distributors has not been providing one stop shopping, quick turn around, small lot fulfillment and internet driven services in Japan. As a pioneer of this new distribution systems in Japan having large number of customer base in engineering community, we continue to pursue more acquisition of customers from more than 400,000 potential design engineers and buyers community and getting more revenue from several billion dollar market of engineering/prototype, maintenance and repair operation, and volume-production of small production runs in Japan, which is glowing profitable niche market we believe.
