Chippindale Plant is committed to providing a back up service that is second to none. Our aim is that all repairs, service and warranty work is carried out in an efficient and professional manner. Our workshops carry all the equipment and factory special tools that you expect from a main dealership. We operate 10 fully equipped service vans covering the Yorkshire region to ensure a rapid response, wherever the location. Our workshop mechanics are all apprentice trained and have attended intensive training courses run by the manufacturers we represent. We have a rolling program of training new staff and are currently working towards Investors in People. To guarantee an ongoing level of service we are currently training five apprentices in conjunction with the National Construction College. We have recently expanded our workshop operations and can offer bespoke maintenance and repair contracts on customer's own equipment. A full refurbishment service is available including shot blast and repaint. We can also provide a limited service to carry out 6/12 monthly safety inspections on customer's own equipment.
