From its earliest beginning in 1992, Scott was committed to creating a brand that would pioneer a higher quality standard and presentation in the memory reseller community. Beginning with the implementation of repeatable and measurable quality standards to ensure our customers can go right from the receiving area to their next destination point. While the general reseller market was still accepting shipments of memory modules in static bags or other loose ESD packaging options, Chipsalz, began exclusively shipping memory modules in ESD trays and tension straps. Chipsalz exceptional presentation was immediately contagious. Our customers and suppliers began purchasing packaging from our stock and from this our ESD packaging division was born.
