Church Stretton School

We are a Multi Academy Trust, based in South Shropshire. Although we are a fairly small trust we are highly ambitious for our pupils and we have a strong vision to serve our communities through providing excellent education. Our Mission and Vision Statements explain our values and approach: There are six schools in our Trust, all in South Shropshire and serving the communities of Bridgnorth, Craven Arms and Church Stretton. It was our vision when we set up the Trust to build on our schools' current strengths and support cross-phase schooling in South Shropshire. We are a Mixed MAT with both Church and non-Church schools in our Trust. Our secondary schools, Oldbury Wells School and Church Stretton School, both work extensively with local primaries. Our family of schools support each other and all work with the same focus, to provide excellent education to every one of our pupils. Our CEO is Sarah Godden, previously Headteacher of Oldbury Wells School in Bridgnorth, the founding school in our Trust which was originally called Bridgnorth Area Schools' Trust.
