CICONIX personnel are (1) gathering information on the current telehealth program background (charter, mission, goals, objectives, and resources); (2) conducting stakeholder analyses, and (3) creating a logic model for the program. This process is intended to allow Army Telehealth to assess the program's agreement with current goals and objectives, and provide a basis for framing an appropriate evaluative design and pilot implementation plans. CICONIX personnel are supporting development of multiple new telehealth programs including goals, and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives that incorporate measures of program effectiveness based on the overarching goals of AMEDD (i.e. Ar-my Medicine's 2020 Campaign Plan). CICONIX is also supporting the sustainment / management of the multi-year Army Telehealth Expansion Plan, including refinement and evaluation of telehealth policies, processes and performance for innovative new services supporting a connected, consistent patient experience.
