Cim Group

Cim Group is a financial services group incorporated on 15 July 2005 and headquartered in Mauritius. The Group has two major business units. The Finance cluster provides a range of financial services; consumer finance, credit card, forex, leasing and factoring. Its Global Business cluster provides internationally-based corporate and institutional clients with a full range of fund, corporate and fiduciary administration services. The Group has more than 700 employees across its Mauritius- and Singapore-based operations. Cim Fund Services administers funds investing in Asia, Africa, US, Europe and South America. These include private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, traditional one-tiered structure funds, master-feeder funds and side-by-side funds. Its range of services focuses on the structuring, formation and administration of fund structures.
