CIMA was reorganized in 2005 as a limited partnership with the addition of John Bailey. Over nine years through 2012, CIMA's growth in the commercial and industrial construction business units created the need to form CIMA Services, L.P. Matt Taylor, Ray Thomas & Juan Amezquita joined the company to add expertise for the Environmental, Transportation, and Plant services divisions of the company. The industrial coatings division was added in 2012 and the structural and mechanical units formed in 2015. CIMA's Corporate Headquarters is in the heart of Pasadena - less than eight miles from the Houston Ship Channel.
