The CINES

The CINES (Centre Informatique National de l'Enseignement Supérieur located in Montpellier) is the national supercomputing center attached to the CPU that hosts and operates GENCI's Occigen supercomputer with dedicated HPC teams (admin and support). In addition to this important role in HPC, CINES is the french digital archiving center for research and also hosts the IT resources of fifteen other institutions through its label of national datacentre.
