For example, we have recently introduced virtual viewings which allow you to walk through a property with the help of a personal guide along the way. The idea here is to give you a feel for the layout and flow of the property from the screen on your computer. This also helps sellers avoid wasting time and energy preparing their house for a viewing that may not have been necessary had the potential buyer been able to walk through the house on-line before hand. With regard to borrowing money to purchase a property, we are in discussions with various lenders with a view to making information on what terms and conditions are available to our clients. We have considerable experience in this area and want to be as knowledgeable and informed as we can be on the topic so we can guide or simply act as a sounding board for our clients. We are even hoping to get beneficial rates for our customers, but that process is still in discussion.
