Circum Minerals Ltd. is a private company focused on the development of a significant potash deposit in the Danakil Depression of Ethiopia. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Circum Minerals Potash Ltd., the Company holds a 100% interest in an exploration license covering 365 square kilometres. The Danakil Potash Project is a significant stand-alone deposit with a mineral resource of 4.9 billion tonnes containing 892 million tonnes KCl, and substantial blue-sky potential. We have the ability to produce both muriate of potash (MOP) and sulphate of potash (SOP). The Project is expected to be a low capital intensity and low cost operation. It is located in the politically stable and economically growing country of Ethiopia, which is in close proximity to major potash markets. The Company has assembled an experienced management team with a track record of creating value for shareholders. Plinian Capital Ltd, a private equity company that specializes in mining investment and operation, is managing project development. A scoping study was prepared in 2014 and the Company recently completed a definitive feasibility study on the Danakil Project in July 2015.
