CISER is the largest manufacturer of fasteners in Latin America. It has a production capacity of 6,000 tons/month and 27,000 products grouped into 436 lines to supply 20,000 customers in over 20 countries. The Company employees approximately 1,400 employees spread between the CISER, Joinville (SC), and CISER Automotive in Sarzedo (MG). The Company also has a distribution center located in Joinville. The company, founded in 1959, invests in technological innovation with an incentives program for university students and carries out environmental responsibility initiatives. Its products are sold to various sectors such as the metal-mechanical area, electrical-hardware, agribusiness, automotive, white and brown goods, oil and gas industries, electronics, rail, furniture, retail and wholesale sectors. Through a recent reorganization process and the opening of a new distribution centers, CISER has a significant storage capacity for finished products in strategic regions around the country, which enables effective service requests; it has its own carrier and routing service for cargo, which shortens the final delivery deadline. Another strategy adopted to improve the service, was the creation of the Technical Training Centre, which aims to provide qualifications for employees through technical courses and academic training.
