Such e-Priority Booking service is offered to Hang Seng's credit card holders to book tickets online during the priority booking period. Besides paying with their Hang Seng Bank credit cards, the card holders can also use their account's Cash Dollars to redeem the tickets, or even do a "Cash Dollars Advance" to settle payment. All these ticketing and payment transactions happen online and in real-time within the Cityline ticketing platform. In addition, Cityline's services also include the related back office operations such as automated best seat allocation, ticket mailing service, telephone enquiry service, etc. This is definitely a revolutionary service for priority booking in Hong Kong - in which most of the priority booking orders are still accepted and processed by very limited number of telephone agents only.
