Founded by Jonathan Lipton, formerly Head of High Net Worth Strategies at Credit Suisse, Clade facilitates member-to-member collaboration around proprietary co-investment opportunities, non-profit leadership, art buying and selling, and education. Deals on the platform have included private equity, venture capital, and real estate investments, as well as new bespoke fund formations. Investment-quality private assets, such as art and collectibles, are also offered in cooperation with select third-party partners. Currently, Clade users represent approximately $75 billion of wealth, and the network is selectively expanding and growing geographically. Clade membership is strictly by invitation only.
