Founder, Craig Nickoloff, opened the original Claim Jumper Restaurant in Los Alamitos, California on September 27, 1977. Today, there are 35 locations throughout Arizona, California, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington. Favorites include Certified Angus Beef®, fresh fish, rotisserie chicken, baby back pork ribs, fresh baked pot pie, specialty salads, wood-fired pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, burgers and more.
