The FOCUS line of environmentally sensitive cleaning products is manufactured by American Cleaning Solutions (division of American Wax Co.). In addition to the FOCUS brand, we offer a nationally advertised house brand, Solutions Plus. We're also the New York area's largest manufacturer of private label cleaning and maintenance products. Solutions Plus - American Cleaning Solutions offers our house brand, Solutions Plus. Solutions Plus is nationally advertised and is represented annually at ISSA and regional trade shows. In our partnership with Solutions Plus distributors we fulfill the role of marketing, advertising and key account sales development. Our professional marketing effort allows our Solutions Plus distributors to focus on servicing their customers and opening new accounts. Private Label - Private brand packaging provides our customers with the ability to grow their business with proprietary sanitary maintenance products. Our art department will help you develop unique packaging graphics and custom company logos which are available in multi-color labels or silk screened designs. The quality of your company's image is only surpassed by the quality of the products we can provide for you and for your customers. History - American Wax Company was founded in New York City in 1929. During the 1990's,in our second generation as a family owned business, we merged with three local manufacturers (Buckingham Wax Company, OSR Cleaning Specialties and Uncle Sam Chemical). The senior members of these companies bring their vast experience and knowledge of our industry, to make us the preeminent source of sanitary maintenance chemicals. In 1998,we changed our name to American Cleaning Solutions to reflect the growth and changes in our business. In 2004, Nationwide Chemical Company merged into ACS, another local private label company from Brooklyn, NY. Our 65,000 square foot building enables us to incorporate manufacturing, quality control and product development, graphic design, silk screening and customer service all in one facility.
