Clearspan Components, located in Meridian, Mississippi, is the South's largest component manufacturer and one of the top twenty in the U.S. With one of the largest roof truss fabrication buildings in the world, along with a patented wall panel assembly line, Clearspan can produce over two miles of roof trusses and one and a half miles of walls every day. In business since 1962, Clearspan was one of the first component manufacturers in the U.S. Clearspan's primary customers are large construction companies, which specialize in building apartment complexes, motels, and light commercial buildings. Residential construction is a smaller, but very important part of sales.
