Cleland & Co is a Guernsey owned, independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors which started business in 2003. Although we are a young office, we have over 140 years collective accountancy and audit experience. Two of our directors, Harry Dick-Cleland and Vicki Webster, and some of our managers, have 'Big Four' firm experience and training. Harry was a Partner at Ernst & Young Guernsey for 5 years before setting up Cleland & Co in 2003. Vicki joined us in 2017 having qualified with PwC Guernsey and after spending two years in the asset management group at PwC London. Sammie joined Cleland & Co as a school-leaver and progressed through the firm before being appointed as director in 2018. Cleland & Co offer a full range of accountancy, audit, tax and business advisory services. Our portfolio includes a broad range of Guernsey clients, including owner managed businesses and financial services companies. We also provide company formation and corporate services through our licensed subsidiary, Marshall Secretarial Services Limited.
