Cloverleaf Transportation, Inc. is committed to technology. We will use technology to enhance our service product and add value for our customers. We have implemented Innovative Enterprise Solutions (IES) Software by Innovative Computing Software in 1999. IES is largely recognized as the "industry standard" for truckload carriers. There are more than 300 truckload carriers who have implemented and utilize this common truckload software system. We operate this software on our new IBM AS/400. We also maintain a Hewlett Packard NetServer LHPro for our inter-office and inter-Company e-mail and file exchange. It is on the same network as the AS/400 and allows us to have multiple accesses to EDI and the WWW. We have installed satellite communications. We selected the Qualcomm for our Satellite Communications Systems because it is clearly recognized as the industry leader for Satellite Communications. The value of selecting Qualcomm and IES is that there is an existing interface between the two systems. Qualcomm is totally integrated with IES. This means that the "canned" messages, or Macro's, which our drivers send update the load information automatically and in a "real time" environment. When our driver sends the Macro that he/she has arrived at the shipper, departed the shipper, arrived at consignee, departed the consignee or makes his/her empty call, the system is immediately update. We know exactly where your shipments are and we know exactly when the activity occurs. We have the capability for you to enter our Web page and trace your shipments.
