CMAG & Associates was founded by Cathy Mays and Angela Gustus in 2014. Over the years they have worked with companies throughout the country with revenues of less than $100,000 to more than $3 Billion in the areas of Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching, and Entrepreneurial Development. The CMAG Team uses the Syzygy Model to approach all of our services. We take the time to dream with our clients (PASSION), help them analyze what they need to accomplish their dream (PURPOSE), and finally, provide them with the tools to bring those dreams to reality (PROCESS).
