Cleland McFarlane Selth provides a comprehensive training program for their professional staff and recognises the importance of training for the development of staff and ultimately the success of the firm. The Institute of Chartered Accountants currently provides two hour monthly training sessions which include bi-monthly tax updates and special topics such as FBT, Superannuation changes and Capital Gains. The bi-monthly tax updates ensure that our staff are kept fully up to date of any changes in Australian Taxation Law that could benefit or affect our clients. Cleland McFarlane Selth actively supports staff undertaking either the CA or CPA programs and provides payment of fees, study leave and provision of additional external study material and workshops.
