The company was founded in 2003. Our goal was and is to provide great service to great clients. We have grown consistently over the past 10+ years. We have one owner (Steve Walker), and have no debt or investors to divert us from taking care of our people and our clients. Our clients and employees are incredibly important to us, and we have extremely low turnover with both. We have 20-year relationships. It is a core value in our company. Our employees stay with us because we treat them very well. Our clients are our friends. Trust is the key to maintaining and growing our relationships. We have over 100 clients, and we hire every engineer that is good enough to work with our clients (our standards are quite high--we hire about 1 of every 200 applicants). We have expertise in just about every area of technology. In addition, our people are interesting. Collectively, we speak 18 languages fluently and last year we traveled to 27 different countries. To keep fit we scuba dive, go deep sea fishing, hike, camp, swim, and play water polo, volleyball, and rugby (some more competitively than others). You can reach us at the office at 415.322.1025.
