Cold Spring Bakery

The Cold Spring Bakery sells about 45% of its products retail and 55% is sold wholesale, primarily through small supermarkets in the area. Our distribution area includes Watkins, Eden Valley, Paynesville, Spicer, Elrosa, Willmar, Sauk Centre, Avon, Albany, Holdingford, St. Joe, Litchfield, Kimball, Dassel, Winsted, Howard Lake, Watertown, Lester Prairie, Sartell and St. Cloud. The Cold Spring Bakery employs about 60 people which includes a number of part time employees. We are a full service bakery producing cakes, donuts, buns, breads, cookies and many other types of pastries. We also specialize in wedding and special occasion cakes which are delivered throughout the Central Minnesota area.
