Collectia offers management of all types of services related to sales invoices / credit administration, such as invoices, reminders, notice of debt collection, administration of payment agreements, debt collection service, as well as legal proceedings. Thus, we are an experienced debt collection firm that helps our clients to get their money back in a respectful and consistent way, which allows to optimize our clients' cash flow and minimize financial loss on bad payers, while protecting the relationship between our client and their customers. We are 55 employees at Collectia and together with our partner law firm, we are about 120 employees, who work every day on getting our clients' money back. We handle thousands of collection cases every day, which gives us an in-depth knowledge of the customer's ability to pay. We have developed a debt collection score based on our large data base, which gives us the statistical probability of your customer's ability to pay. Based on the customer's ability to pay, we select the recovery tool which is best suited. In addition to our collection score, our solutions are built upon a professional dialogue, where we focus on the individual customer, and our philosophy is that the non-payment is an oversight. We currently serve several of the largest companies in the Banking, Finance, Mortgage, Insurance, Energy, Parking, Telecom, Housing Associations, Media and SMEs.
