Colonial Healthcare, with medical offices in Sumter, Columbia, Camden, and Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, was founded in 2004 by local physicians as Colonial Family Practice. Their goal was to "Improve the Quality of Your Life" through continuous, quality care from childhood through adulthood. This meant incorporating new, innovative ideas and advances in medicine while keeping a foundation in family values and caring provider relationships. The practice also adopted the motto "We Will See You Today! to benefit patients who suddenly become ill, or need to see a physician that day with out an appointment. Today, our physicians specialize in family medicine, pediatrics, neurology, and urgent care with additional services offered for weight loss, diagnostic testing, allergy, and family counseling. address issues in general healthcare that slow the diagnostic process for providing treatment and healing for patients.
