Computer City Technologies Ltd. is a private limited company under the registration of Join Stock Exchange based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Computer City has been established to provide Data Network, Computers & Accessories and a variety of IT solutions services. The company was established in 1999 and went into operation during the third quarter of 1999. The company initially began its operations in Dhaka by providing Computers and Accessories and after sales services. During 2000, Computer City began building its Distribution Channels for launching its new products in the market. Also Computer City started to build Backward and Forward Linkage for Computers and peripherals. The Solution Services were launched during 2001. Computer City's mission is to heading towards becoming a single source for interactive information and communication technology solution provider for various market segments in local ICT business. City strives to provide high quality, cost effective and customized network solutions for all IT/IP needs of their clients. Their objectives, among others, include allocating adequate resources in maintaining its existing back-office technologies; upgrading and provisioning new technologies; maintaining a customer support division, which is always available for addressing, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems expeditiously; and establishing a managed data network to make available additional services and features for unique client requirements. Computer City has been building, managing and providing Solution Services since June 2002. The firm has gained experience and learnt valuable lessons in maintaining a distribution channel that is capable of managing quality service. The head office of the company is in Elephant Road, Dhaka and its SI partners and distributors operate in 23 cities of Bangladesh today. Computer City was established as a venture of an ambitious youth in an effort to serve the country in the IT sector. Dedicated towards better service, the core team of professionals that runs the company is always ready to offer unique and cost effective solutions to unique requirement of the both private sector organizations and Government organizations. Since its inception Computer City served a large number of Govt. and Non-Govt. organizations by meeting their demands and also served the mass market as a reputed business house in the industry.
