Comfort Care Homes

One of the leading residential care providers for the elderly in Wales, we are passionate about care and seek to deliver the very best for our residents by tailoring the package of support that we can offer each individual. All of our properties are safe, clean and welcoming, kitted out with the best equipment and technologies that allow us to look after those with high dependency needs. Just like home, our care homes have contemporary interiors and fixtures such as television points in all of the bedrooms, while fresh meals are cooked daily by our chefs, and residents can make use of the well-kept gardens or grounds. Joining one of our care homes means becoming part of an extended family, not only for our residents, but also their relatives and friends. This is especially true of our friendly and welcoming staff, who soon become well known faces. We continually invest in our employees to make sure that they are highly trained and capable. Our service is inclusive of relatives, as we always listen to the wishes and concerns of families or next of kin. Visitors are always welcome and can drop round at any time, we do ask that they make an appointment if visiting after 8pm. Our residents are fully supported to enjoy active and independent lives and there are a variety of activities and social events on offer every day, all run by a designated activities co-ordinator. There are also regular organised outings, trips, and visits to the shops or local libraries. For the future we at Comfort Care Homes hope to grow and benefit even more people. Dr. and Mrs Bansal attribute their success to the support of the senior management team, namely care management consultant Ann Evans, Operations Manager Mohamed Nadeem and all the individual home managers and staff. Dr. Bansal would like to give special thanks to a trusted friend Mr. Rakesh Biyani for his unwavering support. We work with Langfords Training for our off site staff safety training, the education facility in Swansea offers a central location for all of our care homes, www.langfordstraining.com Comfort Care Homes would like to welcome 2 more care homes on board.
