Commercial Cleaning Services is a successful family business begun by Albert Mraz in 1953. From small beginnings - a single cleaner in a cigar store in downtown St. Catharines - the business has grown to over 600 employees and 350 accounts. One of the oldest janitorial firms in South Western Ontario, CCS continues to take special pride in service. We use EcoLogo materials and Green Cleaning methods in a wide range of facilities - from offices to medical labs, educational classrooms, and post-construction cleanups - without changing the attention to detail at all hours of the day and night that Albert gave his very first customers. From that one cigar store downtown, we have built a cleaning company that handles more than 25 million square feet a night! In the evenings, our Account Managers and Area Supervisors spend time checking on the quality of our work. The loyalty of our staff is the key to our success, and shows in their performance. They are given the encouragement and respect they deserve to sustain their motivation. In this high turnover industry, we have employees who have been with us in excess of 30 years. Our Account Manager- to- Client ratio is among the highest in the industry. We also have managers dedicated to the key areas of Quality Assurance and Health and Safety. We do both scheduled and unscheduled inspections, and ensure that our managers are tasked appropriately to ensure their attention to all your service needs.
