Community Connections
At Community Connections we have a deep belief and practice in supporting people to be experts in their own lives. This extends to our staff as well. We have a fantastic team from the Executive level throughout the entire organization. We are going to reflect that belief in the implementation of a shared leadership model at the executive level. We will make shared strategic decisions together and bring our individual expertise to continue to support the day to day work of the organization. We believe that this model will take advantage of the diverse expertise of our team so that we can meet challenges strategically and creatively. We also know that our administration and management of the organization is in good hands. The Executive Team will be responsible for all the decisions and activities of the Executive Director, including working with the board, community relations, operations overview, planning and leading administration.
