Community Support Network

Community Support Network

Community Support Network (CSN) is a non-profit agency which was incorporated in 1982 as an outgrowth of Karibu House, founded by Sonoma State University students in 1972. CSN provides a wide range of psychosocial rehabilitative services to mentally ill and homeless adults by working with families, community agencies, support groups, health care resources and service providers. Our philosophy is to provide cost-effective quality services that are: Client-centered Flexible and responsive to client's needs Provided in safe, comfortable, non-institutional settings Strength-based model of care Respectful of client individuality CSN would like to thank Community Foundation Sonoma County for providing Community Support Network with a $10,000 grant to support our supportive house programs for transitional-age youth who have exited the foster care system. We would like to thank the Wells Fargo Foundation for providing Community Support Network with a $7,000 grant to support the Sanctuary House, a model program for Transitional Age Youth. Sanctuary House utilizes evidence-based programs to help the residents take their lives back from the trauma they have experienced and realize their potential.
