Compact Information Systems

Compact Information Systems is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality and the best customer service, and the company history reflects this dedication. Founded in 1988 by Pat Wiley, Compact originally provided Occupant Lists to mail houses and direct marketing agencies. Shortly after the company was started, Compact recognized a need for other services that included data processing, label printing and laser imaging. In 1990, at the request of customers, the company acquired its first Xerox laser printer for variable imaging. Since then, the company has grown every year and added many more products and services, including online list solutions with world-class Geo-Direct mapping tools as well as digital printing solutions with a Xerox iGen commercial color printing press. In 1996, CIS constructed and moved into a 55,000-square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Redmond, Washington. This gave the company a more efficient and productive working environment. The facility houses the Compact Data Center, Compact Information Systems, and Compact Digital Solutions our in-house print shop.
