CompPartners

Established in 1998 and acquired by MCMC in 2012, CompPartners is a managed care organization serving State funds, insurance carriers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and other workers' compensation payers. Services encompass a workers' compensation medical network, physician peer review, utilization review, medical bill review, medical and disability case management using evidence-based guidelines, and employee enrollment services. CompPartners was the first organization to be nationally accredited by URAC as an Independent Review Organization for workers' compensation and was one of California's first Health Care Organizations to be certified and one of the first to launch a Medical Provider Network.
