At Computeach we're proud to have been a Gold Standard Accredited Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) Training Provider for 11 years. This accreditation involves our training facility, tutors, materials and our sales and marketing practices being thoroughly audited on an annual basis by independent learning professionals. These audits are specifically designed to make sure that our extremely high standards are being maintained. However, despite our best efforts, we know we're not perfect all the time. If things do go wrong, we have a tried and tested process that we follow to get a resolution as quickly as possible. It goes like this: Step 1 - Talking A member of our team will discuss the issue with you in detail, usually over the phone, and we'll try to resolve any problems. In our experience talking is by far the best method for problem solving. Of course we'll involve other team members as necessary to get you back on track as quickly as we can.
