Concept has the largest Professional Services Team in the reseller channel in the UK and historically has always provided software solutions that complimented our hardware products. In 2001 our Professional Services department was established to meet the growing demands of our customers, and to focus on providing tailored solutions to suit individual requirements and business objectives. As technology has evolved, we believe that it is now the hardware that compliments the correct software solution, and the role of Concepts' Professional Services has never been more important. The department is constantly growing and now consists of over 15 consultants, the majority of who came from other departments within Concept and bring with them over 160 years combined service in our industry. From IT development, technical support, print specialists, document management experts and project management, our teams' vast experience and knowledge ensures that there is a complete and consistent advice and support structure throughout the entire process. From the initial consultations through to installation, customisation, training and ongoing support, we are there to ensure the smooth running of any project and to ensure that the client is totally satisfied with the result. We concentrate on listening carefully to our clients and understanding their business processes, workflows and requirements before looking at what type of solution we can offer. We specialise in print strategy solutions, electronic document capture and management, Data Security, document distribution and various network integration utilities.
