CGI was founded by Carl L. Miller in 1972 as a family owned and operated business. It is still a family owned business with Daniel L. Miller as Company President, Michael J. Miller as Vice President. The third generation is also very involved with Mark Miller as Estimator & EEO/MBE Officer, James Hand as Business Manager, and Josh Miller as Superintendent. CGI employs approximately 150 skilled and experienced work force and maintains a staff of 170 out of their Gaithersburg, MD headquarters.
