Conduant Corporation designs and manufactures digital recording and playback systems for use in scientific research, defense/intelligence, military, aerospace, and instrumentation industries. It provides chassis systems, including digital recording systems, storage units, small form factor recorders, and standalone recorders; PCI products, which include storage and disk controllers; PXI data acquisition systems; compact PCI boards; and camera link, FPDP2, LVDS, and SFPDP mezzanine boards. The company also offers custom engineering and development services for digital recording and playback systems. Its products are used in high-energy physics and radio astronomy; missile tracking, reconnaissance, and weather systems; high resolution video imaging and surveillance; and vibration, pressure, and digital signal processing applications. The company was formerly known as Boulder Instruments, LLC and changed its name to Conduant Corporation in January 2001. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Longmont, Colorado.
