Conejo Children's Medical Group is excited to announce that we are now offering TeleVisits, a more convenient appointment option, which allows patients to have a visit with their medical provider from the comfort of their home or office. To schedule a TeleVisit with our office, call our office at (805) 499-5525. (Please note that in the event of an emergency you should not use TeleVisits, but call 911 to seek immediate medical help.) You can book a TeleVisits appointment for most visits. Please note this is a billable service. Due to the unique circumstances created by COVID 19, your health insurance should cover the cost of the visit, but you may be still responsible for copay costs. Ensure you are enabled for our Patient Portal and know your username and password when your appointment is booked. We still recommend in person appointments for annual check ups, especially for young children and those visits where vaccines are due.
