At Connect Develop, we approach business with a Devil's Advocate personality. We do this to ensure that what may appear on the surface to be the best practice is scrutinised objectively, securing the most effective outcome on all levels for our clients. This may be achieved through software development or integration into existing systems, additional training of staff, process-alteration and stream-lining, customer and competitor analysis, to name a few. Once we have collected the required information from the client, we take this to the rest of our team for a collective think-tank. We find doing this, before coming back to the client, allows us to come up with fresh perspectives and ideas, which we can present as options and alternatives that the client may not have considered.
