Founded in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in June 1993, Construction Kaiser Limited is an indigenous building and civil engineering construction company. Starting as a small 5-man organization carrying out minor renovation works, we have grown to become a national force in the Nigerian construction industry. We established the Lagos regional office in 2003 and the Abuja regional office in 2008, having successfully executed various projects in the South-South and South-Eastern parts of the country prior to the expansion. We undertake residential, commercial, and industrial engineering construction projects in different geopolitical zones of the country. We currently have staff strength of 200, about half of which are direct industry professionals. Our country wide operations are supported by a construction equipment asset base which includes concrete batching plants (30m3 per hour each) concrete trucks, excavators, pay loaders, propriety formwork system, scaffolds system, dump trucks, cement trucks, tower crane, mobile crane, backhoe, concrete pumps, fully equipped materials testing laboratory and a wide range of specialist survey equipment, including total stations. The company is managed by a team of seasoned professionals in each of its three regional business units (Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt) headed by Regional Directors. The company retains quality delivery and clients' satisfaction as its core values and has remained its key success factors over the years. Our repeat clients are a testimony to our quality delivery. In response to the peculiarities of the typical emerging market which we operate, Construction Kaiser Limited has grown to position herself as a one-stop construction shop through vertical integration to her sister companies M & E Kaiser Limited (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Installation Works) and Noah Michael LLC (Construction & Project Advisory Services). These companies are responsible for other key aspects of project delivery.
