CAV , is the leading consulting firm in America providing specialized assistance to military Veterans and families regarding matters relating to the benefits administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Uniformed Services. Led by Dr. Rudy S. Melson, also the firm's VA Accredited Representative for claims and appeals for Veterans Benefits, CAV provides professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate consultation to members of the AVC and AMC, domestically and internationally.
