Contraste has developed a flexible and agile approach to adapt its IT services delivery to the specific sourcing model desired by its clients. Depending on the sourcing model chosen by the client, IT services are delivered either on a time & means basis where the client remains responsible for the final delivery (Sourcing of Capabilities), or on a fixed price basis where the group takes over the final responsibility (Sourcing of Services or Solutions). Contraste has developed a capability to combine the services from its portfolio to participate in complete IT outsourcing projects. The focus is here on IT Infrastructure Management and Application Lifecycle Management. Contraste also offer intermediate delivery models called "Capacity Models" that allow its clients to benefit from the agility in staffing needs with on-boarding and follow-up services.
