CookiesHQ was founded by husband and wife team, Nic and Nathalie Alpi, in 2011. Nic started his first business when he was just 21 so he understands the challenges our clients face every day. Nathalies background in marketing and management makes them a perfect fit. (as the team is growing and were in the middle of a pandemic, its getting difficult to get a team picture done) Since then, weve grown organically into a team of talented developers, organisers and creatives. Our studio is based in the technical hub of Bristol, UK, but we work with organisations all around the globe. Our closest partner is less than 3 miles from us, our furthest is in New York more than 3,000 miles away. Openness, honesty and jargon-free communication are all things that we value. We speak our minds, we listen carefully to our clients, and were reliable and supportive from start to finish. Our clients stick with us and were proud of that. Were always learning and always pushing ourselves to deliver better products for our clients. Exploring new working practices, new technologies and self-development opportunities helps us stay at the top of our game. Building strong relationships is central to who we are. Were creating a working space that nurtures cooperation and helps us be our best selves. Outside of the office, we earn trust and build our reputation by holding regular meetups and sponsoring our community. When all else is done, we do our best to spread our success. Lending out our equipment, running Open Desk Days for freelancers, blogging useful content and donating to charity are all ways we give back to to the community, online and offline.
