Cook Plumbing

Cook Plumbing Corporation is a local plumbing company that was started in 1978. We are located in West Des Moines and serve the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas. We work on new construction, residential and commercial properties, as well as service, residential and commercial. Mark Cook, owner of Cook Plumbing Corporation, started his professional career by graduating from Des Moines Technical High School in 1967. From 1967 to 1969 he was in the U.S. Navy Reserve, and shortly after graduated from Architectural Drafting at DMACC. Mark attended a 5 year UA Apprenticeship Trade School and graduated in 1975. After trade school, Mark was employed by several mechanical contracting firms, and then started Cook Plumbing Corporation in 1978. Scott Smith joined Cook Plumbing Corporation in 1994. He is a graduate of Clarke Community High School and Associated Builders and Contractors Trade School. Scott was named General Manager in 2014. Kami Brown joined Cook Plumbing Corporation in January 2011 as an Accounts Receivable Associate. She is a graduate of Williamsburg High School and went on to attend AIB College of Business to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Kami was promoted to Office Manager in June 2013.
